Sub and Trans

Today for English homework I have write a blog entry using a list of words starting with the prefix sub- and trans-. I will underline and bold the words that I use. There is a list of 22 words, and I have to include all of them in this blog entry. So here goes.

This subject that I an going to talk about is about a substitute teacher that is person that has transmigrated from Argentina. His clothes are transparent and he has a tendency to transgress. He has a strange idea to subdivide the subway. Hopefully this idea is transient (if I was to use a more subordinate word I would say transitory), as this idea is very subversive. He made a transaction with the Russian president, and he managed to transfigure his mother into a magic taco. When these sorts of events are subsequent, it makes you think that someone is trying to transmit their ideas into our head.

Some day I would like to submerge my house in water and transpose the metric system. I would have a servant that was submissive, and I would write a book and translate it into any language you can think of. I would become a professional wrestler so I can beat my opponents by submission, and I would become president of the world and transfuse my love of basketball to the world. The I would invent a flavour called transverse that tastes like fresh urine mixed with marshmallows.

That was hard. The last sentence didn't make sense because it's late and my head hurts.

We're going to the zoo, zoo ,zoo. How about you, you, you? You can come too, too, too. We're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo.

Today we went to the Auckland Zoo for science, to study ecology. It was a very eventful and entertaining day, mainly because Drew got bitten by a meerkat (typical Drew) and had to get tetanus and rabies injections, and because it was (ahem) mating season for the giraffes.

I didn't get to see all the animals (because it is a very big place), but my favorites were definitely the meerkats. I am just imagining now what it would be like to have the life of a meerkat. Lazing around all day, being fed and looked after every day, having strange people coming in to stare at you, having to clean yourself with your tongue-okay I'm going to stop imagining now.

I really enjoyed going to the zoo today (although some people were disrespectful) and I look foward to any other school trips that may come up in the year.
